Regular meeting of Council held on above date with the following business transacted.
An ordinance was passed abolishing the office of Marshal to take effect at the expiration
of the present term which expires on 31d of April 1923.
Was moved and seconded by C. J. Marrs & Jeff Knight that the duties, assessment&
collection of taxes be conferred on the City Secretary. Motion carried.
