02-06-1923 (City Council) Minutes Feb 6th, 1924
The Council met in regular session and was called to order at 7:30 PM by the Mayor with
all members present.
It was regularly moved and seconded, after considerable discussion that the charge for
tapping the water main be set at $5.00. This charge to entitle the customer the water
service to his property line. The motion carried unanimously.
It was then called to the attention of the commission the necessity of laying the water
main on Ballard Ave. South of Santa Fe Depot without disturbing the gravel road, which
was decided could be accomplished satisfactorily.
There being no further business council adjourned.
