Council met in called session in office of Mayor with all members present and was called
to order at 7:15 PM by the Mayor, who stated that the purpose of the meeting was to
consider methods of cleaning out the well, which seems to be stopped up in some way
since it has not been pumped for several weeks, or during the construction of the pump
house, concrete settling tank, etc. Evidently the mud has settled to such an extent that the
water seems to be partially cut off. It was decided to bail the well by use of tractor.
There being no further business, council adjourned.
