Council met in called session in office of City Atty. at 4:30 PM with all members present.
The Mayor stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose of considering further
plans for cleaning the well, as the bailing process has not been satisfactory, and to
consider the advisability of placing liner in the well. It is understood that the drilling Co.
is to place liner in well if deemed advisable and it is at this time thought advisable to
place liner. Decision is reached to call members of McKee Drilling Co. in conference
with the council as soon as possible and inform them of the council's attitude and request
them to place liner in the well as per agreement, as it seems this will be the only means of
keeping the well clean and furnishing ample supply of water. The meeting to be arranged
within the next day or two, or as soon as possible.
There being no further business, council adjourned.
