Dear sir:--
You are hereby notified to discontinue the use of your well into which to
run sewage, if you are using your well for such purposes, as such practice will pollute the
water strata supplying shallow wells in your district and therefore will not be permitted
under any circumstances. We have a letter from the health department at Austin, Texas,
advising us that such practice should not be permitted under any circumstances and that
such practice is also contrary to the ordinances of the City of Wylie, Texas.
Done by order of the City Council of Wylie, Texas, at its regular meeting
on the 7th day of October A.D. 1925.
