02-04-1926 (City Council) Minutes Feb 4, 1926
The council was called to order at 7 PM by the Mayor with the following present= G. W.
Housewright, mayor- C. J. Marrs, L. F. Daniel, J. T. Finch, and Loyd Neilon, Aldermen,
L. F. Hughes, Secy. And Mr. Perry O'Neil of the Municipal Engr Co.
It was moved and seconded that an ordinance adopting the plans specifications and
statement of cost of a Sewer System for the City of Wylie and ratifying a contract by and
between the city of Wylie and Perry O'Neil, Contractor for the construction of said
system, authorizing the issuance of Revenue Bonds to evidence indebtedness therefore,
pledging the plant and system and certain revenues to pay said bonds and interest thereon
and declaring an emergency, be adopted as read. Motion carried.
There being no further business, council adjourned.
