10-15-1930 (City Council) Minutes Minutes of meeting held Oct 15/30
With all members of council present except Albt. Davis, Clerk. Was moved by
Councilman R. L. Gallagher& sec by Councilman I. V. Boren that Tax Collector G. H.
Richards notify each delinquent tax payer owning property within the corporate limits of
Wylie, that unless their taxes are paid within the time prescribed by law that suit will be
filed in the District Court of Collin County to foreclose the constitutional lein on said
property. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved & sec that Treasurer send check for 350.00 to Hall &Hall to apply on interest.
Moved & sec that the bill named below be allowed. Motion carried.
