11-17-1930 (City Council) Minutes Minutes of Meeting held Nov 17 — 1930
Council met on above date with all members present . Upon motion& sec that treasurer's
Salary was fixed at 1.00 per month. Moved & sec that treasurer be instructed to pay
Brown Consumer Co. 500.00 on sewer warrants. Motion carried.
Moved & second that officers salaries be paid for three months ending Nov 30 -1930.
Motion carried. A number of communications were read & clerk was instructed to write
them explaining our circumstances. The following bills were allowed: T P &L Co., 65.00
+ 39.00 + 1.50 = 105.50, D. B. Willis, mowing streets, 7.00, Wylie Herald, 16.00,
Southwick Garage, 2.75, J. T. Long, 3.00, S. G. Allison, 11.00, Ferrel Williams, 2.00.
No other business appearing council adjourned.
