MINUTES
July 18, 1991
The Directors of the Development Corporation of Wylie, Inc .
met in special session at 4: 30 P .M. on Thursday, July 18 ,
1991 in the Conference Room at the Municipal Complex . A
quorum was present and notice of the meeting had been posted
in the time and manner required by law. Those present were
Jim Smith, President; Bart Peddicord, Secretary-Treasurer;
James Blakey, Vice President and member John Tobin . Also
present was City Manager Bill Dashner .
Jim Smith called the meeting to order .
PREPARATION OF SHORT AND LONG TERM PLANNING FOR FY92 :
Beginning preparation of an annual plan was discussed and
the semi-annual report was drafted for presentation to the
City Council .
PREPARATION OF FY92 BUDGET: Preparations were made for the
FY92 Budget . Revenue and expenditure amounts were
discussed. Format of the budget was also discussed .
There being no other matters of business for discussion , a
motion was made by John Tobin to adjourn and seconded by
Bart Peddicord . The motion carried with all in favor .
Minutes of the July 18, 1991 special meeting approved by the
Board of Directors at its meeting on August 13 , 1991 .
