Advisory Council (Advisory Council). The selection process was difficult in that several excellent
nominations were received for this position. However, the Commissioners did appoint the Honorable
Councilman James S.Wyatt,City of Victoria as an "Elected official from a municipality with a population
between 25,000 and 100,000" to this position on March 8, 2006.
