Minutes of last meeting Read & approved.
Mr. Knight was Instructed to see the co commissioner about the sewers on Ballard Ave. Was
moved & Seconded that the Interest be paid on the Russell Gordon note and ask for times on the
note to Feb 1st, 1923.
Motion carried.
Accounts in favor Wylie Lbr Co 2440 Albert Brown 175 SG Allison, 6\00 were read. Also
Acction favor of Bros 1\50. Accounts allowed.
The walks by the Housewright Hammett & WF Duncan property was discussed but nothing was
done about it

June 21-1922
Special meeting held on above date. Subject of cleaning up the town. The following
members present GW Housewright, JR Bowman, WT Duncan, Jeff Knight D Story and Albert
Davis. CJ Marrs & CL Hillis and HP Howery being absent. The town was laid of in 5 zones as
follows, CJ Marrs west of Cotton belt R.R., Jeff Knight assigned to Alleys west of Ballard Ave.
JR Bowman was assigned to Alleys East of Ballard Ave.. D Story was assigned the territory
south of Masters St and east of Ballard Ave CL Hillis assigned to territory South of the Santa fe
and West of Ballard Ave It was decided to hire 5 wagons to haul the trash. And Wednesday of
Next week was designated as cleanup day.
It was decided to Strike 400 Circulars and to thoroly Circularize the town. Also Give 5\00 Prize
for the largest pile of Rubbish Gathered by any boy or Club of Boys
