All Members present except Alderman CJ Mans & Marshal HP Howery.
Was Regularly Moved & Seconded that the minutes of Jan 6/23 be amended to read 3.76 %
instead of 4%. Motion Carried.
Was Regularly moved & sconded that Geo W. Housewright be reimbursed for Expenses of trip
to Austin in the interest of the bonds together with 6.00 for a city seal total $28.00
Motion Carried. Said sum to be paid out of Water fund.
Bills in favor of A Brown 10.00 Herald Printing Co 10.50 Dorsey Co 14.75 Frederick
Disenfectant @ 70.00 were read. Moved & seconded that the bills be allowed. Motion Carried.
Regularly moved & Sec that commission on tax collected to date be paid. Motion carried.
Was moved & seconded that all salaries be paid to Mayor, Alderman & Secretary be paid to
April 1"
