Council met in called session in office of the Treasurer with all members present except
Ald. Daniel. Mayor called council to order at 5 pm and stated that the meeting had been called
for the purpose of discussing and considering payment for the deep well. Motion was made and
seconded in regular order that the drilling co be paid for their work of drilling the well, with the
understanding that the drilling co shall place liner in the well, which is being left out at present,
should it be found later necessary to do so. motion carried. Resolution was duly passed that the
sum of$22,500. be appropriated out of the water fun of the city of Wylie Texas to the McKee
Deg Co of Arlington Texas for the purpose of paying for the drilling of deep well in compliance
with contract entered into by the City and the McKee Deg Co said well being 2600 feet deep.
The Treasurer is hereby authorized to issue check covering.
There being no further business, Council adjourned

Council met in Called Session in Mayors office with all members present and called to order at
8:30 am. The mayor read communication from Samuel A Ellsberry regarding steel window an
door frames for pump house. The total cost for all material of the above description needed
$327.00. It was moved and seconded in regular order to purchase material, cement, Brick, gravel
etc, for building pump house. Motion carried. It was moved and seconded in regular order that
steel door and window frames be purchased for pump house from Samuel A Ellsberry Co.
Motion Carried.
There being no further business, council adjourned.
