Council met in Called Session for the purpose of authorizing issuance of vouchers in
payment of labor and material used on City water works system on presentation of payrolls,
Invoices etc. All members of Council present. It was moved an seconded in regular order that
the Secy and Treasurer issue vouchers, when countersigned by Mayor, when necessary to pay for
labor, material etc on water works system. Motion carried.
There being no further business, council adjourned.
