Council met in Called Session with the following present' LO Neal Mayor—Jno Houston, L.
Neilon, Jick Housewright Aldermen—L Fay Hughes clerk, Mr Oneil and Mr Whilden. Council
Called to order at 3 pm and the Mayor stated that the meeting had been called for the pupose of
re-execution of deed of trust account of re-location of the disposal plant =that is —different
location to what was first planned. This purpose was accomplished—and it was there also
explained that the bonds would have to be reprinted account to include another phrase.
It has now been determined that the City can issue warrants instead of bonds if so desired. It
was decided that warrants would be more suitable for the purpose, as some money can be saved
on account of the manner in handling warrants and also the sewer system would remain City
property until paid for. It was moved & seconded in regular order that the proposal of issuing
warrants instead of Bonds be accepted. Motion carried & and the Municipal Engr Co advised
accordingly.
There being no further business council adjourned.
