10-05-1927 (City Council) Minutes Oct 5th 1927
Council met in regular session with the following present: LO Neal Mayor WH Brigham,
Loyd Neilon, CJ Marrs, Aldermen, CC Marrs pumper LJ Hughes Secy.
Mins of previous meeting were read & approved. Ordinances setting tax rates of 25 cents to
general fund and 1.00 per hundred dollars valuation special tax for water fund were passed
unanimously, the law requiring ordinances be read at three consecutive meetings being overruled
and an emergency declared. (Ordinances on file)
There being no further business council adjourned.
