Council met in regular session with the following present=
LO Neal Mayor—LF Daniel, Jick Housewright, CJ Marrs, Loyd Neilon WH Brigham Aldermen
LF Hughes Clerk. Minutes of previous meetings were read and approved.
The following were appointed as Tax Equalization Board: RL Gallagher Geo W Housewright
and Chas L Hillis
LF Daniel offered his resignation as member of the Council, which was accepted. EH Daniel
was appointed to fill the unexpired term of LF Daniel.
The following bills were allowed and ordered paid on August 1st = The Hamilton co $50.00 =
Briggs Weaver Co 8.72 Wylie Lbr Co 1.05 Dorsey Co $14.50
There being no further business council adjourned.
