08-03-1927 (City Council) Minutes August 3rd 1927
Council met in regular session with the following present: LO Neal mayor, WH Brigham
Loyd Neilon Jick Housewright Aldermen, LF Hughes clerk.
Minutes of previous meetings were read & approved. On regular motion and second, the
Housewright Grain Co. was granted a permit to build a sheet iron addition to their place of
Business on Ballard Ave—same to be used as a warehouse ad mill house.
The city clerk was instructed to issue voucher for $5.00 to Mrs HCHousewright for
refund on water meter taken up.
The following bills were allowed & ordered paid = SG Allison $13.33 for gas and oil,
copy of itemized statement of which is on file. The following bills were held up for a few days =
Wylie Lbr Co $28.05.
There being no further business, council adjoured.
