The City Council met in Regular Session on date above. The meeting was for the purpose of
filling the vacancy caused by the death of WH Brigham.
Mr. RL Gallagher was appointed to fill out the unexpired term of Mr. Brigham and to take his
place on the Street Committee with Mr. Chas L Hillis
It was moved and secd that all property owners be notified to collect all trash
convenient place to
