09-17-1930 (City Council) Minutes Sept 17/30
Council met on above date with all present except Mr Gallagher. After Invocation by A Brown
the minutes of last meeting was read & approved. Was moved & sec that Joe Redwine be paid
1.00 each for cleaning 5 meters but not have him clean any more. Motion carried. Moved &
sec, that the Tax collector employ an attorney to collect the delinquent Taxes. Motion carried.
Moved & sec that city purchase 100 postal cards to use to notify tax payers to appear before the
equalization board. Motion carried. Mr Wilsons claim for damage was laid over to a later date.
The question of cutting weeds was discussed but nothing was done about it The following
