The Mayor convened into Executive Session in accordance with Chapter 551, Government Code,
Vernon's Texas Code Annotated (Open Meeting Law), SS 551.074 Personnel Matters; to deliberate the
evaluation of the City Manager.
No action was taken as a result of Executive Session.
