The City Council City of Wylie met in =palm session on the above date
with the following members being present. Mayor, D.W. Click, Aldermen's,
F.A. Gallagher, O.W. Hampton, J.H. Hdgington, and W.W. Housewright, jec.
A discussion was made in regard to additional sewerage lines that need •
to be laid within the City Limits. No definite action was taken.
A discussion was madein regard to the probility of voting a bond issue
and how they could be sold. No action taken. The secretary was instructed
to write to Sam 3winhart, Newton Kansas in regard to three bonds that
he did have of the City of Wylie, and see what was the least amount he
would take for them.
A discussion was made in regard to street maintaince. It was decided that
F.A. Gallagher was to present the proposal of a carnival and riffle to the
Lions Club and try to secure their help in raising money for the purpose
of buying a small maintainer.
No further business the council adjurned to meet the next regular meeting
or call meeting by the mayor.
