The City Council, City of Wylie met in regular session on the above date with
the following memhers present. Aldermen: J.H. Edgington, Ray H. Sheeks, J.E. Dowden,
F.21. Gallagher, 11,,u, 7.W. Housm,right Secy. and D.W. Click Eayor
A discussion was made in regard to the rater sewage kkmtmcmx lines that were laid
by the Wylie Development do. A motion was made lo7 J.H. Edgington and seconed by
J.E. Bowden that the City would pay two-thirds (2/3) of the grrys revenue derived from
the water & sewage in this new addition, until the sum of $2,963.99 had been paid the
Wylie Developement Co.. This being the amount spent. Motion carried.
A discuiiion was made in regard to the Cubb a Gutter work that has been done.
The mayor and secretary are to see if they can borrow the necessary money to finish
paying for this job.
A discussion was made in regard to the traffic problems caused. by the new highway,
and the highway department le to be contacted in regard to signs that they might
have available to regulate this situation.
No further business the council adjurned to meet again at the next regular or call
meeting by the mayor.
