The City Council, City of Wylie met in regular session In the above date
with all'me►/hers of the council present. Those being: Aldermen, F.A.
Gallagher, A.D. Boyd, J.H. Ed ngton, J. E. Borden, and R.H. Sheeks.,
Nor H.W. Click, and A.Ir. Hoveewright Sect,

A lengthy discuss ion was made in regard to making a Parking lot out of •
the three vacant lots on main street lb definite action was taken in
regard to this matter.
A discussion was Pads in regard to the curb & gutter that was paid for by
the City+ aid as of yet not collected.fwxx No definite action taken.
A discussion in regard t. Franchise Tax being levied on The Texas Telephone
Co. of Sherman . Teaas the following action being taken. A nation
was made by F.A. Gallagher and second by J.E. Bowden that the City levy
such a tax as is allowed 'dry the Railroad Con aission. Notion carried.

No further business the council adjurned to meet again at the next regular
car call meeting by the mayor.
