WYLIE, TEXAS
March 16, 1951
The eity Council City of Wylie met in regular session on the above date with
the following members being present. Mayor D.W. Click, Aldermen: W.D. Green
R.V. Groves, A.D. Boyd, and J.H. Edgington; Sect. W.W. Housewrght
Mr. Ware and Mr. Witherspoon of the Texas Power & Light Co. met with the
Council in regard to getting the rates in the City Raised as per rate
book filed with the Secretary. A motion was made by J.H. Edgington and
seconed by :,.D. Green that the raise in rated proposed by the T.F. & L. Co.
be accepted. Motion Carried.
There was a discu1bion ik regard to the highway and rightway of number 78
with no definite action t4ken.
