The City Council of the City of Wylie met in Iegular session on the above date
with the following members being present. Mayor D.W. Click--Aldermen: J.W.
Nicholson, W.D. Green, R.V. Groves, A.D. Boyd & Sect. W.W. Housewright.
There was a lenghty discussion in regard to the water Drell and the solutions
that might be used to correct the mud situation. It was decided that no action
would be taken to =ma further repair the well until it was seen if the valve
by-pass that had been installed on the well had been given a fair test.
There was a discussion in regard to graveling several of the roads in town
and it was agreed that the 6ity would follow sits usual procedure of furnishing.

With no further business the EX Council adjourned to meet again at the next
regular or Gall meeting by the mayor.
