. The City council. of ,this City met in regular session on the above date
with all. members of the council being present.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
All bills were ordered paid.
Mr. A. Dunivita of the Eagle Chemical Co met with the council in regard
to a spray machine for the city. He told us that the attachment and
materials for segeral sprayings would cost the City $249.50. The council
was to check several of the places that have one and see how efficient they
were.
F.A. Gallagher and R,J. Hall.mat with the council. idantt representing the
Wylie Development Co. There was a lengthy discussion in regard to the
money that tte City ones this company with the following action being
taken. A motion was made by C.17.. Taylor and seconed by A.D. Boyd that
the . : ,....... ' >.. City accept the development compan 's
proposition. This be—ing: The city will pay the development co. 1125.0
on the, first of each November for a period of four years. The first
p•
ayment being November 1, 1952 and the last being Nov. 1, 1955. Motion Carried.
• There was a lengthy discussion in regard to a sanitary ordinance that
was presented to the council with the following action being taken.
A notion was made by J'.N. Nicholson and secoced by i.E. B " en"that this
ordinance be tabled until the•next meeting. Motion Carried.
The council agreed to let H.A. Lung put in a..camode in the City warehouse
if he wants% to ins tall same.
'There was a lengthy discussion in regard to running a sewage line
from the resident of M.A. Willis to the Coffey houses in the west part of
town. The water & sewage committee was to check on cost.
With no further business the council adjourned to meet again at the
• next regular or call meeting by the mayor.
