At a call meeting on the above date all the members of the council were
present.
A canvass of the election that was held Dec. 5, 1953 vas made with the
following results being found. There were one hundred forty-six (ii6) votes
for the city entering into a contract With the North Texas Municipal Municipal
water district, and none (0) against. biz
A motion was made by C.W. Taylor and seconed by W.P. Poor that in ordinamce be
passed as per attached copy. Motion carried and said ordinance is passed.
The council adjourned to meet wain at the next rea�ular meeting.
