Dec. 15, 1953
The City Council of this city met in regular on the above date with all menthers
of the council being present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A 11 bills were ordered paid.
A discussion was'made in regard to the delay of the no parking sign that was to
be placed in front of the Post Office by the Marshall. A motion was made by
R. '. Groves and seconed by.J.E. Bowden that two parking spaces be reserved.
Motion Carried.
A lengthy discussion was made in regard to the parking problema id on the main
street with no definite action taken.
A motion was mane by C.W. Taylor and seconed by J.W. Nicholson that the secretary
order 500 traffic buttons and four stop signs. motion carried.
No further business the council adjourned.
