CITY OF WYLIE
WYLIE, TEXAS
Dec. 5, 1950
The city council met on the above date will all members of the council being
present.
Mr. Frank Medenach of the First Southwest Company of Dallas, Texas met with
the council in regard to a bond issue that was being proposed for Dec. 29, 1955.
After a discussion in regard to this matter that was carried on by Mr. Medenach
and participated in by the various members of the council the following action
was taken. A motion was made by itetdeidrion d seconed by iseycRova,s that
the city orc'er an election for Dec. 29, 1955. Motion carried.
Mr. W.C. Houston was appointed by the mayor to act as election judge and he
was to secure what help that he deams necessary.
There was a discussion in regard to the new sight for the proposed sewage disposal
plant, ands various means of securing same were also discussed. No definite
action was taken in regard to this matter.
A discussion in regard to various recommendations of the 15 year plan prepared
by Forrest and Cotton , Consulting Engineers of Dallas, Texas was held. It was
suggested that their recommendations be carried out as nearly as possible to
the plan.
With no further business the council adjourned.
