Thb city council of this city met in regular session on tJe above date
with all members of the council being Present except alderman Groves.

Mrs. Agnes Eaves and Mr. G.A. Daniel met with the council in regard to
the Proposed drainage ditch to be opened across her property that she
is developing. After a lengthy discussion in regard to this matter the
following action was taken. A motion was made by R.B. Richardson and
seconed by W.D. Green that Mx. naniel make the necessary survey and make
the opening accordingly. Motion carried.
A Mr. Brown met with the council in regard to getting a franchise to pick
up trash in the city limits. He was to get his own customers and do his
own collecting. The council chose not to take any action in regard to this
matter.
There was a discussion in regard to the side walk on the north side of the
street on Marble between 1st and T,al'ard. No action was taken in regard to
this matter.
It was brought to the attertion of the council that Mr. Glynn Montgomery
had some chin link fence that the city could buy at a bargin for their
disposal plant. The following action was taken. A motion was made by R.
B. Richardson and Seconed by M.F. Allen that the water and sewage committee
check into this matter and buy same if they thought it to be a hood buy.
Motion carried.
With no further business the co- cil adjourned.
