WYLIE, TEXAS
Sept. 12, 1957
The City Council of this city met in regular session on the above date
with sci the following members of the council being present. Aldermen,
Allen, Richardson, Groves, and Addington., Sect. Housewright. In the absence
of Mayor Clio tint Mayor Pro-tem Allen presided.
1 The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

An ordinance authorizing the city to join the Social Security benifits
' `was }sad and passed. A copy of which is attached.
Mr. Mike Voris, John 7addel and their engineer Ir. Bennett met with the
council, along with our engineer Mr. Hogan. Their purpose was to try to
reach some agreement in regard to developing the C.A. Stone property that
¢ joins the city limits on the south part of town and is bordered by The Old
Plano Road on the north and Birmingham Street on the east. No definite action
was taken in regard to this matter other than to refer same to the City
Planning Commission.
With no further business the council adjourned.
