The City council of this city met in ama= session on the above
date with the following persons being present. MaY r>l. k,. Al rman
Groves, Allen, Richardson, and Addington. l�
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mayor Click metnotxtkimmating presented a plat that had been left by
a Mr. Hassinger. This plat covered the proposed mititistrr development
of a sub-division on Lake Lavon. Since this addition was across the
lake from our City and could never have any bearing on the Cities
growth the following action was taken. A motion was made by R.V. Groves
and seconed by R.B. Richardson that the city approve said plat as
presented. Motion Carried. Reason for this action is the new state law
that requires a development within five miles of any city to be approved
by said city.
