WYLIE, TEXAS
U. Sept. 8, 1959
The city council of this city met in regular session on the above date
with the following members of the council being present. Mayor Boyd;
Aldermen Bostic, Parker & Green.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
All bills were ordered paid.
An ordinance id* bringing 111.10/100 acres of land belong to A.C. Martine,
into the city limits was introduced. A motion was made by E.J. Parker and
seconed by Mrs. J.L. Bostic that ordinance be passed. Motion Carried.
An ordinance bring the 3 53/100 acres of land where the new disposal plant
is located into the city limits was introduced. A motion was made by
W.D. Green and seconed by E.J. Parker that ordinance be passed. Motion
Carried.
An ordinance bring the 31 acres of land belong to R.L. Vandaveer in to the
city limits was introduced. A motion was made by Mrs. J.L. Bostic and
seconed by W.D. Green that ordinance by passed. Motion carried.
There Imre discussion in regard to various other things concerning the
city, but no definite action was taken.
With no further business the council adjourned.
