The City Council of this city met in regular session on the above date with the
following members of 'the council; Mayor Boyd; Aldermen Bostic, Parker, and Green. },
All bills were ordered paid. \'
There was a discussion in regard to filing suit on various persons for
deliquent taxes and the cost that it would me entail. A motion was made
by W.D. Green and Second By Mrs. J.L. Bostic that the city put up the .
$75.00 necessary for court cost. Motion carried.
There was a discussion in regard to work that was to be done on south
Jackson St. The Council0.K.ed approximately $100.00. on this project.
There was a discussion in regard to the agreement with the, G.C. & S.F.
Railroad concerning the new water line under the track to the Wylie Industrial
Park Addition. The mayor was instructed to execute the agreement.
There was various discussions in regard to other things concerning the
cities business but no definite action was taken. .
With no further business the council adjourned.
