WYLIE, TEXAS

a The City council of this city met in regular session on the above date with the
following members of the council being presents Mayor Boyd; . Aldermen: Collins,
Richardson, Addington; Bostic: Sect. Housewright.
The minutes of tie previous meeting were read and approved.
All bills were ordered paid.
Mr. Bob Hogan of Forrest and Cotton, and dr. Mike Voris met with the council in
regard to the new development that Mr. Voris intends to develope on the Old Stone
place. There was much discussion in regard to the plans. Many recomendations
were made by Mr. Hogan in regard to the plans as they had been presented. Some
of these were settled in this meeting, but ±imxlc many of them were deferred {
until a later meeting so that Mr. Beinett, the engineer for Mr. Voris could be
present. A motion was made by Mr. Richardson and seconed by 011ie Addington
that the water & sewage plans be approved. Motion Carried.
There was a discussion in regard to regulating the speed of traffic on highway
"78" at the intersection of Birmingham St. It was decided that before any action
could he taken in regard to this matter, the highway department would have to
approve same.
A motion vas made by R.B. Richardson and seconed by 011ie. Addington that the
note in the amount of $1995.00 that is held by First State Bank be paid.
Motion Carried.
With mo further business the council adjourned.
