CITY OF WYLIE
WYLIE, TEXAS
January 12, 1960
The City Council of this City wet in regular session on the
above date with the following members of the council being
present: Mayor Boyd, Counclemen: Addington, Green, Parker,
Bostic, and Collins.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and apprived.
A resolution providing that the city furnish the right-of-way
for the farm road that will come up 'n old highway 78$ was
introduced and the following action was taken. A motion was
made by I .D. Green and seconed by 011ie Addington that the res-
olution be passed. Motion Carried.
A discussion in regard to dumping trash for the coming year was
held and a motion was made by C.E. Collins and seconed by E.J.
Parker that the city accept A.D. Boyd's offer of $250.00 per
year. Motion Carried.
There was a discussion in regard to the condition that Lone Star
Gas Co. has left the City Streets and parking when the lay new lines.
A motion was made by C.E. Collins and Seconed by E.J. Parker that
the City write said company in regard to this matter. Motion
Carried.
With no further business the council adjourned.
