City Council met in regular session with Mayor Boyd and the following
present Ed Collins Mrs Bootie E.J.Paarker Will Green
Bids were opened and read on Maintainer only one Bid received auttter
Discussion Council Decided to go look at Maintainer owned by Cyerry
Equipment Co.Darll.Tesas.
It Daniel submitted bid on repair on West Kirby St After discussion
decided to get mere bids.
B.M.Gsylor. met with Council in regards to Police Work in City after
much discussion no /Lotion Taken.
H.M.Msmtley met with Council in regard to punch Clock system eolith*
Would not Punch Clocks.
Motion Made by Mrs Bostic second by B,J.Parker for City Auditor to
meet wity Council at an date in regard to working out • budget for City
Motion Carried.
MiTor Boyd Appointed EdiCollins Mrs Bootie to get Specifications on
A. hold' over Jaai1/.
Motion Made by Collins Second By Mrs Bostic to hire some one to
Punch Cloaks andp Police Work Notion Carried.
Bills Wire Read Motion made by Mrs Bostic Second by ED Collils
to pay Bills Motion Carried.
Minutes of previous meeting, were read and approved.
Motion made by Ed Collins Second by E.J.Parkerto Appoint W.O.Houston
Election Sudge and to Hire his help motion carried.
