City Council mat in Regular Session With Mayor Pro Tem E.J;Parker and
the Following Council Present J.R.Storey J.A.Rabb Mrs John L.Boatic
Minutes of previous Meeting Were read and Approved
Rem Childs Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist and Mr Harold Mills met with
Council in regard to Water line out to their Church and other Property
After much Discussion Mayor Parker told them He would chech with City _
Engineers and City Attorney and Give them A Answer at an earley Date.
Mr C.C.Sanders met with Council in regard to trash pickup .he was told
to summit bid if he wanted to Contract the Garbage pickup.
Chief B.W.Gaylor met with council for discussion on Moving City limit
Signs and ask if he could have minor repairon Police Car this was granted.
Bills were# # _read and Approved
Motion made by J.R.Storey Second by Mrs Bostic to pay Bills Motion
Carried.
. Motion made by J.R.Storey second by J.A.Rabb to Pay Mrs Bostic $17.-50
per Month Rent on Building on Oak Stity Judge Office Motion carried.
