City Council Met in A Call Session with Mayor Parker all the Council
Present.
Mr Frank Medwick And mr Bob HogAnd Mr Dick Stewart met With Council
To discuss plans for A streetnProgamfor City.
After Much Discussion .it was sugested by Mr Hogan For Mayor Parker to
Appoint A Committe To i lhans With. City Attorney onA Fifty *Fifty
Basis With Property Owners
Mayor Parker Appointed Ed Collin& And His Self For This Job

Lr. J. R. Storey moved that the
NIGHT WITCH CO LECTION SERVICE be paid
ten percent (10 ) of the total amount
collected for nightwatchman fund.
Second by Ed Collins -- motion carried.
A bid was opened and read for
Trash and Garbage collection -- no
action was taken on this 'Ad.
Ed Collins was asked to discuss
with Pete Brown the details of taking
over the street cleaning job recently
vacated by Ab Harrison,
