MINUTES
Council met at above date . The meeting was cfiied to
order by Mayor Parker. ThoL ; present were, Joe Rabb,
Ed Collinet, J. R. Story and Mayor Parker. The M�inlA s
from the last meeting were to be read at next meeting.
Truitt Smith, Melvin St. John and Cr. 'rol Moon brought
a plat on a new a7dition, on the land Mr. Owen George
bought from Mrs . John L. B ostic. They want to build
about 220 houses. They discusseJ the water and sewerage
plan and the street la out pattern. The City would
have to build a new li station to take c , _'e of sewerage .
The City Council turned the plans over to the Engg;.veers
to study and make a report on. he thought they could
have it ready in about one week.
The Council discussed other water and sewerage plans
with the Engineer.
Motion was made by Joe Rsbb that we move the City Hall
to the Bostic Building on Oak Strcet, secuided by J. R.
Story. Ilrotion carried.
